Exposure Control / Risk-assessment Plan

Workers who work in environments that contain hazardous dust have to have an exposure control plan and proper protective equipment (PPE). It is a WorkSafe requirement that all employers whose work sites that have traces of hazardous dust should have a written exposure control plan regardless of which control systems they have in place.

Our industrial decontamination and cleaning services follows a dust hazard assessment (DHA) completed by the clients qualified person. The DHA will allow Enviro-Vac to complete an initial site inspection and risk-assessment of the facility followed by decontamination / cleaning and waste disposal or recycling and final sign off.

Enviro-Vac understand that when decommissioning or decontaminating facilities, mines, buildings, plants or ships; safety, cost certainty and scheduling are high on the priority list of items to address.
