Vac Loaders Save Costs
Productivity Gains
Enviro-Vac™ vacuum loaders reduce the required manpower and the complexity of the asbestos removal process and permits a corresponding increase in supervisory effectiveness.
Use of the vacuum loader means Enviro-Vac™ will realize greater productivity and improved site sanitation with an added measure of SAFETY...all at lower cost to you.
Reduced manpower conserves support items like uniforms, respirator equipment, decontamination supplies and tools. Diminished support responsibilities like record keeping, transportation and lodging costs translate into direct bottom line savings that are passed onto you our customer. Using the vacuum loader and automated bagging system allows Enviro-Vac™ precise control over operating overhead and some very distinct advantages in the bidding process.
Reduced Bag Handling - Usage
Reduced bag handling (75% fewer bags carried a shorter distance by fewer workers) greatly decreases the risk of unplanned decontamination problems. You can accomplish more work in less time while reducing container and disposal charges in the process.
Incidental negative air flow at the point of removal offers additional worker protection and further containment area security in the form of lower fiber counts.

Enviro-Vac™'s HEPA vacuum loaders are powerful, completely self-contained, critical filtered vacuum systems, capable of conveying asbestos and other contaminated solids, slurries, powders and liquids. Their power allows maximum vacuum performance for long run conveyance from high rise buildings, tunnels, confined areas and crawl spaces using either a five inch or six inch and multiple smaller diameter hoses. All processed air within the fully enclosed negative pressure system is thoroughly scrubbed by a unique four-stage filtration process. Complete control of the system is maintained by the operator, with all collected materials being easily bagged through a specially designed discharge valve at the operator's work station.
