Years ago we embarked on an important new challenge: The creation and implementation of a quality core management approach that would initiate long-term success through customer satisfaction. In a quality management effort, all members of an organization participate in improving processes, products, services and the culture in which they work.

We began with a quality OH&S program that would be ACSA Core Certified and audited. The goal of the program is continuous improvement in our OH&S Program through teamwork, training, and performance.

Enviro-Vac™'s quality management approach evolved to a customer-first orientation. The customer, not internal activities and constraints, comes first. Customer satisfaction with a "safety-first" approach is seen as the company's highest priority. The company believes it will only be successful if customers are satisfied. The QM approach is sensitive to customer requirements and responds rapidly to them. In the QM context, being sensitive to customer requirements' goes beyond defect and error reduction, and merely meeting specifications or reducing customer complaints. The concept of requirements is expanded to take in not only OH&S, product and service attributes that meet basic requirements, but also those that enhance and differentiate them for competitive advantage.

It is the policy of Enviro-Vac™ to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel. To achieve this goal, every reasonable effort shall be made to manage all activities and programs utilizing the principals of accident and loss prevention.

Enviro-Vac™ is committed to "Safety First" with proactive participation from each and every employee. Our Occupational Health and Safety Program are extended to everyone with potential exposure to chemical or physical hazards: including subcontractors, visitors, regulatory agency personnel, site owners and their representatives.

All personnel are ultimately responsible for their own safety by complying with legislative, company and industrial standards as well as prompt reporting of all unsafe acts or conditions to supervisors for immediate action and solution requirements.

Enviro-Vac™ is committed to constant and continual improvement in safety performance and management. The success of our Occupational Health and Safety Program requires the dedication, commitment, involvement and participation of all personnel working together to achieve our established goals.
